1. MELE CASCADES WATERFALLS
Only 30 minutes drive from Nasama Resort. You will enter the lush green and crystal clear waters of Mele Cascades. The hike is only 30 minutes from the entrance through multiple cascading waterfalls. Once you reach the top, you will be rewarded with a 30m waterfall and rock swimming pool that you can wash off. We recommend wearing closed-in shoes. Ones you do not mind getting wet as you will be walking through water and mud depending on the conditions.
2. BLUE LAGOON
Blue Lagoon is renowned for the turquoise blue water where freshwater meets salt. Take a video swinging off the rope into the blue waters. There are bathrooms and a kiosk on site.
3. ROUND THE ISLAND TOUR
Drive around Efate, passing by coconut plantations and villages and stopping at beautiful swimming holes and beaches. Be prepared to wave at all the local people smiling as you drive past—Reserve the whole day to complete this tour.
4. TOP ROCK
Top rock is located on the west side of Efate and is a hidden treasure with some of the clearest and best snorkeling in Port Vila.
5. LELEPA ISLAND DAY TOUR
The excursion begins promptly at 8:00 am and runs until 8:45 am, accommodating pickups from all resorts in Port Vila depending on guests' accommodations. Guests are chauffeured approximately 25 minutes to the picturesque Havana Harbour, where they embark on a brief 15-20 minute boat journey to Lelepa Island.
Upon arrival, guests are led on a short bush walk through the rainforest, where they discover native bush herbs traditionally used for local medicines. The tour continues with visits to historical caves and a World War II crash site, complete with a machine gun placement.
Following the exploration, guests are invited to snorkel and kayak off the island's beach, surrounded by thousands of vibrant reef fish. A barbecue lunch featuring local beef, chicken, fish, crispy bread, and salad is provided.
After lunch, guests can unwind in hammocks with a book, swinging away amidst the wilderness, or simply relax on the pristine white sandy beaches.
The final stop is at a local village, where guests are treated to a cup of local coffee and immersed in the community for a couple of hours. Local artisans showcase their handicrafts and carvings, available for purchase, providing an opportunity for guests to support the village's economy.
As a heartfelt farewell, local children serenade guests with songs, expressing gratitude for their visit and support.

6. RENTAPAO RIVER
Rentapao River is another attraction not to be missed. It is one of the most beautiful and accessible rivers in Vanuatu. You can jump from the rope swings or float on an inflated tyre ring. Perfect for the family.
7. FIRESHOW – MELE BEACH BAR
The famous fire show at Mele beach bar on a Friday night attracts a crowd. Performed by Vanuatu’s only fire show group. Bring the family and enjoy a pizza. We recommend reserving a table as it often gets fully booked.
8. PORT VILA CENTRAL MARKETS
Visiting the central markets is a MUST when you are in Port Vila. You will be mesmerised by the colours of local organic fruit and vegetables and the mamas selling them in the colourful island dresses.
9. EKASUP VILLAGE
The Ekasup Village tour is a perfect way to learn more about Vanuatu culture. Discover cultural traditions like mat weaving, cooking custom food, native herbs and what it's use, and singing and dancing.
10. PORT VILA HANDICRAFT MARKETS
Pick your Vanuatu souvenirs from the lovely mamas at the handicraft market that spend their time curating beautiful weaved baskets, lamp shades and hats or carved local tam-tam sculpture.
