Q: What is the earliest I can check-in?
A: Guaranteed check-in time is 2:00 PM. If the room is available earlier, guests may check in anytime after 10:00 AM.
Q: What if I arrive after hours?
A: Please notify Reception by email or telephone of your estimated arrival time. Arrangements will be made for our security guard to show you to your room.
Q: What time is check-out?
A: Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
PARKING
Q: Do you have onsite parking?
A: Yes, complimentary onsite parking is available for guests.
ROOMS
Q: Are Nasama Resort’s rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms are non-smoking.
Q: Do you have wheelchair-accessible rooms?
A: Yes, but please inform Reception prior to your arrival if you require a wheelchair-accessible room.
- A wheelchair can fit in the bathroom, and a plastic chair can be provided for the shower.
- Note: There is a lip in the shower, and additional railing is not available.
- Rooms 101–104 are preferred for wheelchair accessibility.
BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be made before the end of your free cancellation period, as stated in the rate plan you book. After the free cancellation window closes, 100% of the total booking cost will be charged.
Q: When will I be charged for my booking?
A: The total cost of the booking will be charged to your credit card at the end of the free cancellation period.
DINING
Q: Do you have restaurants on-site?
A: Yes, we have two on-site restaurants:
- Café Vila Restaurant & Bar: Casual fine dining, open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Three Pigs Restaurant & Bar: Casual dining, open from 5:00 PM, specializing in craft burgers, Neapolitan pizza, and modern-aged Mexican food.
Q: Do you offer room service?
A: Yes, room service is available during restaurant operating hours for a fee of 500vt.
AMENITIES & FACILITIES
Q: Is wireless internet available in guest rooms?
A: Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and within the range of the pool.
Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a complimentary BBQ area located behind the pool for in-house guests.
Q: Can you snorkel in the ocean in front of the resort?
A: Yes, guests can access some of the best snorkeling in Efate right in front of the resort when ocean conditions permit.
TRANSPORTATION & LOCATION
Q: How easy is it to get public transport?
A: Buses run regularly and can be caught right in front of the resort. Look for a van with the letter B on the registration plate and let the driver know your destination. The fare is 150vt per person (approximately $1.80 AUD).
Q: How far is it to the town center?
A: The town center is only a 7-minute drive from the resort.
Q: How far is the nearest supermarket?
A: Au Bon Marche No.2, the largest supermarket in Port Vila, is just a 5-minute drive away.
